The quality of element production is supervised by a team of experienced testing room staff who use the set of standardised tests to continually monitor the quality of concrete and final products. All manufacturing processes form an integral part of the ISO Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems.

• checking tests on freshly mixed concrete

• checking tests for determination of air content in the freshly mixed concrete
• sampling the concrete mix for test specimens, including treatment
• standardised placing of test specimens
• checking destructive tests on the specimens - compression strength
• informative non-destructive tests on solid concrete
